I always find Prinz has a good list of what's going on. You can check them out online, but their search isn't as good as it should be so maybe you should just buy a copy.

Best way to find the smaller and unknown bands is to buy a newspaper like AZ or TZ on Fridays. They usually have a great overview of all events taking place during the weekend in Munich.

Not sure if it'll help but you could go to www.pollstar.com. On the left of the page go to 'City Schedule' and type in Germany and then look for Munich...
