My fellow Germans...?

Hi everyone who's a native German speaker, I have a question. Wie sagt man "I accidentally deleted my account" auf Deutsch? Vielen dank! Please don't go to an online translating site, those are never exactly correct, only answer if you're a native German speaker.

Thanks a lot everyone, I've been a German resident for almost two years now but I could always use all the help that I can get with my grammar and vocab! Danke!

Hi, guten Abend!
This is the translation: ich habe versehentlich meinen account gelöscht. account is konto, too but many germans know now what u mean when u say account!

Dra E
Konto is bank-account

You could switch it with Benutzerkonto but Account will also be understood

Ich habe versehentlich meinen Account gelöscht.
or
Ich habe aus Versehen meinen Account gelöscht.

"Ich habe versehentlich meinen Account gelöscht", as given by the answerer above me is perfect. :)

Not only do Germans understand the word "account", it is the common word used for all kinds of accounts related to emails and user accounts in online communities. The word has been taken over by Germans as part of technology-related vocab.

Don't say "versehentlich", it's really bad German. Rather say "aus Versehen".

"Ich habe aus Versehen meinen Account gelöscht."

would be excellent German if you mean an online account. You don't have to translate the word "account" except when it refers to a bank account; in that case, it would be "Konto". (Which actually is not German, but Italian, but few Germans know that.)
