Saxony is a state so you have both farmland and cities there biggest cities are Dresden and Leipzig

I agree with the answerer above and want to mention that Thuringia isn't farmland either and that also in Saxony they have a kitkat club and Bratwurst kiosks

Saxony has both I've seen some cows while on the ICE train to Dresden and Leipzig (the only decent size cities).
