My brother is going to be in Germany for a few months. So, of course, he is going to head down to Munich for the Oktoberfest. He's on his own, so I'm checking for him to see if there is anyone who he might be able to meet up with there. He plans on going around 26 October

There will be more Americans at October fest than your brother can talk to.. There are so many military bases there and most people I know go .... He will have LOTS of fun..

Trust me I have been going to the Oktober Fest for 18 years. Your brother will NOT be the only American there. All he has to do is be friendly, charming with the ladies and he will have a wonderful time. Check out www.theoctoberfest.com(??? like that - I have not had my coffee yet). It is a web site set up by an American(I think?) that has very good and practical information. Is your brother with the Military?
