There are three main ingredients in beer. Barley, Water, and Hops. Its perfecting the amounts of each that make beers different. Forget this CRAP about lime and salt, fruit juice additions. There are even federal laws in Germany about what can and cannot go into the brewing of beer. There are many, many books, zines, etc. on brewing. Get some and have fun making your own decision. |

it's easy:
"Malted barley is soaked in hot water to release the malt sugars.
The malt sugar solution is boiled with Hops for seasoning.
The solution is cooled and yeast is added to begin fermentation.
The yeast ferments the sugars, releasing CO2 and ethyl alcohol.
When the main fermentation is complete, the beer is bottled with a little bit of added sugar to provide the carbonation"

You can bye beer brewing kits for self-brewing on Ebay.
We did it and it tasted horrible. So better go to a guesthouse, thats what the germans call a bar or restaurant, and have a wonderful tasting draft beer.
