if the U.S. joined Nazi Germany, why would they have a war against each other? and, yes, things would have been different. there would be absolutely no Jews or homosexuals and the rest of the world would live in constant fear, praying that they wouldn't be next.

Things would be very different!
Hitler was a mad man, and he had a insatiable desire for power. so eventually we would go to war with Germany.

He would have exterminated all the Jews, millions more killed.

Eventually double crossed the Japanese and nuked them to extinction, millions more killed.

He would have flooded northern Africa as he had planned to build a new canal, millions more killed.

And yes he would have systematically exterminated all non Aryan ethnicities, Gypsy, Jews, Mongols, Africans, Latin, Mediterraneans , etcetera.
Most likely breed people by making people with brown eyes and hair sterile so they can infect pure aryan blood.
Most likely would have genetically engineered Germans people to only have Blonde hair and Blue eyes.

There's a strong chance the world would have ended years ago.

The Nazis would still have lost. Just because USA joined the war did not really change anything drastically. Hitler's luck went bad when he stupidly went against USSR.

Even without the war, the nazi regime could not have lasted much longer.

The economic system that built wealth and benefits for the people in Germany was absolutely not capable of keeping that standard for a longer time period. Therefore the economy would have totally collapsed within less than a decade.

If the USA joined Germany they would have charged them a ridiculous amount of money for helping them out in the war, just like they did with the UK, which we only finished paying back in 2004 - 59 years after the war ended!
