Lauren and Winny2: Your addresses are wrong. You must know Germans don´t write the letters of special endings if it is hand written we make a wiggly line or a straight line or a mixture of both.

"New Siedleuy" (or whatever it is) is the name of the street and "10" is the house number.
00000 is the zip code, but I'm sure there are other numbers there.
Dresden is the city.
That is the correct way to write an address in Germany.
