Any bank teller can do this for you, for a small fee. You can also just withdraw Euros from an ATM in Europe using most credit cards and some debit cards. If you like, you can also get travelers cheques in Euro denominations. |

Most international airports have an exchange where you can change dollars into euros. However, you'll get the best rate in a bank or exchange after you're in Europe. |

Don't convert money at the airport... the conversion is never in your favor... hold out for a bank in the city you ar traveling to. |

Your best bet is to take your debit card there and pay one fee and take out all the money you will need at an ATM, the exchange should be pretty good. Some travle agencies will do it too, but their fee will be as much or more than an ATM. |
