It definitely is an insult.
Between German teens a rather commun one.

The exact words are as Mr nice Guy said ''s_chwuler W_ichser'' in English that means '' g_ay w_anker''

I am afraid it is and I don't know if I can post what they are saying on here....
Please bear in mind that I am only repeating verbatim the definitions of the words.

OK..... they *may* mean sch^wul - it means g-ay.

And the Weexa might mean Wi_chser - its literal translation means w*a$k*r.

To be fair I didn't hear what was said so I do not know if hese are the exact words the other person used. So, maybe that is what they said.

In germeny this is used as an insult shwuler means gay or homo where as wichers refers to masterbating it is a highly offensive insult like moth...u.ker.
