Yes, they do have Starbucks, and they also have different coffee flavors available there, too. Germans love coffee almost as much as beer! The local coffee there is awesome, too, allot better than Starbucks. |

If your stepmother lives in Germany she may want to go to a local Cafe then to Starbucks. Starbucks is pretty much a young people place. I also think a nice Cafe would be nice for anyone visiting in Germany then Starbucks |
