I can be cold rainy and cloudy and windy. and yes you can meet guys there. Just be advised that the attitudes about sex is a little more liberal over there. October is far better time of year, sept even better. November is a little shaky for a vacation. The good news there wont be alot of other tourists.

I don't know where in Germany your friends are going.It is a beautiful country.There are opportunities for romance everywhere in the world.It is cold in Germany in the fall.It rains a lot as well.I would defiantly plan for some indoor activities.It would help if i knew where your friends are from and what kind of things they would like to experience on vacation. |

Quite honestly - November is the worst time of the year to go to Germany. It will be cold, windy and rainy with temperatures between 0 and 10 degrees C. All summer ventures close on the last of day of October and December's Christmas markets haven't started yet. There will be very little or no snow at all. There is usually not enough snow to ski until January, the big start for the skiing season is Christmas.
For nice weather in November one needs to go to Morocco, Egypt, India, etc. Not Western Europe. The only nice place in Europe at this time of the year is Andalusia in Spain. |

November is usually a bad time to go when people are out for a love romance; try June or July. Who would be out for a love romance when there's cold weather, as it is in Germany in november? So that's rather a bad idea. Maybe your friend better try next summer.
One thing that's possible is skiing. If your friends love and try breaking their legs, they could try some winter sports on from mid-November in the Bavarian Alpes, or in December or January in the Hartz, Black Forest, or Bavarian Forest. But I don't really know if "après ski" sex is so much fun with a broken leg. |

The German species usually goes into hibernation from October to late February each year, when the shut themselves up in their little timbered houses to build cuckoo clocks and sew dirndl while living on a diet of bratwurst and sauerkraut.
The mating season begins in early spring, so I suggest going then. |
