Youth hostel, located in the center of Frankfurt, link in english :
http://www.jugendherberge-frankfurt.de/e-haus.htm
(single room 35,50€ if under 26, otherwise 40€.Bed in dorm-room 17€ if under 26, otherwise 21,5€)
For staying in a youth hostel, you need a membership card, costs 12 € (if under 26) for 1 year.
You could also try here, if you're courageous :
http://www.hospitalityclub.org/
P.S.:That would be "Frankfurt am Main", right?Because there are two Frankfurts, one in the west (the one above) and one at the polish border, "Frankfurt an der Oder"...) |

I actually don't know a specific place where you can stay. However, since Frankfurt is a large city, the public transportation is very good. You can stay in the outskirts and catch a local train to the city for a low price. Once in the city you can ride streetcars or buses to the places you wish to see. Staying in the surrounding communities should be much cheaper. |

Ok I really dont know where u could stay becasue I have been gone for to long. You gotta see the Romer which is kinda downtown Frankfurt also take a trip over to Sachsenhausen it is one of the oldest parts there. I grew up in Frankfurt but have been gone for 20 years now and a lot has changed stay away from the area at the train station it is a very ugly and dirty spot lots of junkies and a lot of crime. It is the red light district as well. If u are intrested in Frankfurt go to the website www.frankfurt.de it gives u a lot of information and pics so u can decide what u wanna do. Have fun and enjoy your stay say hello to my old hometown. |
