Germany has the Euro, the Mark is no longer a valid currency. You can exchange Marks at the Deutsche Bundesbank, though.
The exchange rate from Mark to Euro was fixed at 1 Euro for 1.95583 Mark.
Therefore, 10 Deutsche Mark = 5.11292 Euro

I don't know what your currency is, so you best try this converter:
http://www.oanda.com/convert/classic?lang=en

If you want to exchange Mark in Germany, here's a map with its branches:
http://www.bundesbank.de/hv/hv_filialen.php
and here's the list with adresses:

The German currency is "Euro" not "Deutsche Mark" anymore - at least since 7 years!

The exchange rate "Euro" to "US $" currently is approx. 1.39 US $ for 1 Euro or 0.74 Euro for 1 US $.

0 because they dont use that currency anymore. everything is in euros now in europe. You might get something from a collector, but I am not sure.

We don´t have the Mark anymore, but in every city there is a Nationalbank where you can still change it.
The rate is about 18 $ For 10 Deutsche Mark.
