I was in Stuttgart about 3 months ago and the weather's usually pretty nice. There are some occasional summer showers but over all, a few nice place. Stuttgart's pretty center to getting around the south west side of Germany like th black forest or the Rhien River valley.

If you like the hot weather go in the summer.
you like the cold and snow go in the winter.

I'm not sure about Stuttgart..i'm from Berlin/Munich. The weather is amazing during summer..really hot outside..but a cool breeze of wind. In the winter it's crazily cold though..snow everywhere it's pretty but freezing!! Germany is really easy to get around..they have trains and buses that can take you everywhere! They even have a train called the "ICE" that can take you to Amsterdam..and Italy..it's amazing you have to come here and check it out.

Germany is gorgeous especially in the summer when its sunny. The winter is a bit cold and snowish, but its really nice.
