One of the best questions I ever read on Travel/Germany! Three thumbs up, if I could!
Well, yes: Come along, bring your own tanker, and steer up the Danube. If you can offer a cheap price, well: You'll have your customers. Prices here are at around 1.50 euros per liter. A liter is a quarter gallon, and a euro (ONE! euro) is roundabout 1.55 US dollars. So a gallon here is at around 6.70 US dollars.

edit: typo, had a "9" in it insted of "6". No it's not that bad. |

Of course you can bring your own, just make sure your trouser pockets don't leak. |

Yeah, I would Fed Ex a couple tankers over there - can never tell when you'll need more gas! :) |

Bring your own? I am no sure how you would do that. But I can tell you.... Gas in Bavaria Germany is about a Euro 1.60 a liter. It is expensive and the exchange rate is terrible! |

Well, in Germany we don't call it "gasoline" but use the British word in case we talk English which is petrol.
And you hardly can bring your own. You must be joking.
And 1 litre is up to around 1.50€. |

I don't know how you will manage to bring your own gas, but you better should. Right know the gas price is at about 8,50 $/Gallon. |

Gas is outrageous in Germany. Lived there for 3 years and the price in US dollars was about $8 a gallon. And no you cant bring your own! |

Bring your own?
How may I ask? If you can find a legal way to carry your own fuel (petrol) there and use it in your own veichle then all the power too you.
I know they spend more than we do for Petrol. So sure if you can manage it great but make sure you do it safely and legal of course I am sure you know this already. If you own your own oil tanker cool! |
