When coming to Bavaria you need to see Castle Neuschwanstein near Füssen, and off course Munich.
There's plenty of things not to miss in Munich:

I think a visit to Munich is incomplete without the following:
1. Visit to the Castle.
2. English Garden( In summers...)alongwith the chinese tavern inside the garden.
3. MarienPlatz .
4. Museums.
5. IMAX( If you haven't one in your home town)
6. Olympic Park.
7. Last but not the least, I suggest a visit to Dachau to see the former concentration camp to have a feel of those gloomy days .
Hope it helps.
