What characteristics do Germans have?

I've heard that Greeks have big butts, and Italians are loud, but what characteristics do Germans have? I'm half-German, I do have a big butt...(I'm not sure if I'm part Greek...) If it helps any, my great-great-grandparents came from Southern Germany to America.

Europeans are a mix of all kind of people. That's because of the Völkerwanderungen that took place during all ages bacause of wars and natural catastrophes.

Hence, you'll have Germans that have all kinds of characteristics, lookwise. Germans come in all colors and all shapes. Just like the rest of Europe. :)

You big butt might be more likely originating in of how much food you consume or how much time you spend sitting on it rather than doing excercise. :)

Or, if you are a slim female person, it might be an indicator that you're genetically well equipped to bear children (which is something a lot of guys are attracted to).

Well, that's a bit of a silly question really. I'm sure you could easily find big butted people in every country of the world...as well as small butted people, loud people, tall people, short people, quiet & shy people, skinny people, people with an extra toe.......etc.

And yes, I am of German origin...and can tell you that my butt isn't too big (I have been known to be a bit loud on the odd occasion, though)
Does that mean my parents aren't who I though they were? lol

Germans come in all colors and butt sizes these days. But if you want to see what the stereotypical "pure" German looks like find pictures of a band called Juli and one called Wir Sind Helden. The lead singers look like a typical young German women in the old mold.

Also like to name streets after assassins.......Stauffenberg.
