Do you mean "racist" or "racing"?

As to racial problems, I think it's Dresden; they have a bunch of relentless neo-nazis over there.

As to racing, I think it's Munich. I read in the news that they caught someone at 147 km/h where 50 are allowed. They let him out on bail, but his license was withdrawn, and will probably never again be issued.
