What company do i contact to arrange train from innsbruck in austria to munich in germany?
You can buy most tickets online, at the very least you should be able to call their service hotline for tickets (+43/5-1717) or order them via email (service@pv.oebb.at).
It should also be no problem to buy tickets at Innsbruck's main train station as late as 5 minutes before the train leaves.
Note: Tickets from Munich to Innsbruck (Munich-Innsbruck-Munich) should be bought at www.bahn.de, from Innsbruck to Munich (Innsbruck-Munich-Innsbruck) at oebb.at. It is easier that way. ÖBB (oebb.at) is the national rail company of Austria where the train originates, so use them unless you have a good reason not to (like trying to trick the fare system with Sparpreis/Sparschiene for the "wrong" direction).

You can either go to the train station and get your ticket there or buy it online either at Austrian railways or German Railways.
