A Berliner or Berlinerin.

It's quite easy in German: You take the name of the city and add -er to it if you mean a male inhabitant, or -erin if you mean a female inhabitant. The plural for the male form takes no s, so it is also "Berliner"; for the female form, the "-in" changes to "-innen". -- If you mean several Berliners, you use the male form in the plural, except you like things like "gender correctness", so you'd say "Berliner und Berlinerinnen".

Lets try it with articles:
der Berliner - the Berliner (male, singular)
die Berliner - the Berliners (male, plural)
die Berlinerin - the Berliner (female, singular)
die Berlinerinnen - the Berliners (female, plural)
die Berliner und Berlinerinnen - the Berliners (all of them)

Now try it with "Hamburg"!

If her name is Claudia and she lives in the Mitte area, then I'd call her "loose" -- very VERY loose.

Icke icke. Because they are so egocentric and start nearly each sentence with "icke meaning in berlin dialect I"
"icke icke" is not my invention.

Der bayrische Hinterwäldler sitzt auf 800m im Schneesturm.
