If you are using "hopefully" in a sentence, such as

"Hopefully, he will come along."

then the word you would use would be "hoffentlich" such as

"Hoffentlich kommt er mit."

Hoffnungsvoll translates more like "full of hope". I'm assuming you want to use the definition for "hopefully" rather than "full of hope".
