black = schwarz, when you mean People with black skin you also can say: "Schwarzer". This is no discrimination. Even Neger is possible, but it sounds a little bit like "******" and that is in Germany a bad word,too and you should not use it.

if you want to use it as a noun (30 % of students at this college are blacks), the pc term to use is Farbiger (singular male) or Farbige (singular female, plural)
