If your going to be out and about sight seeing, dress warm before leaving.(Long underwear, sweaters, hats, scarves, gloves.) Make sure you warm the inside of your body as well. Drinking coffee or hot cocoa will keep you warm for up to an hour or so. They sell Hand Warmers, Toe Warmers, Foot Warmers and Body Warmers that you can purchase at any major retailer. These work very well and last for hours. Plan your day in advance, so you spend as little time in the cold as possible, and you get to take in more sights. Have a fun trip!

For the price of a Maß of beer, you can buy a warm sweater,or use a train to cross the Alpes and visit Italy. I guess it's warmer there.

wear warm clothes
munich is always cold unless you come here at the end of summer then it gets warmer

snuggle up with a friend .

Go there in summer--it is nice. Go to the beer halls to keep cool.

If it is winter, bundle up..or cuddle with someone.
