It seems they don´t have maps or books in your country.

None directly.
Indirect the Atlantic as North sea and Baltic sea are connected to the Atlantic.

Ostsee - Baltic.
Nordsee - North sea.
It is not connected to the ocean at all, but by as in 'close' - Atlantic.

The Atlantic Sea. But more specifically their is the North Sea(Nordsee) and the Baltic Sea(Ostsee).

Germany borders the North Sea, which stretches between Great Britain and Sweden/Denmmark, and the Baltic Sea, which stretches from Sweden/Denmark to Finland and Russia. But if you mean which ocean Germany is closest to, the answer is the Atlantic Ocean, for the Arctic Ocean stretches around the North Pole.

eirda is right, but she didn't mention the North Sea is part of the Atlantic Ocean, so thats the answer to your question.

the atlantic
