( We use 24 hours here. So 8:00 is 8:00am and 20:00 is 8:00pm )

depends where u live. If you're on the east coast of the USA, then it would be 6 hours ahead of NYC. so if it's noon in NY, then it's 6pm in germany.

if you're in CA...then it's 9 hours ahead, and so on.
