i think a taxi is too expensive, if you have a car it is very easy...
the fastest way seems to be the motorway, but the shortest is to take the direct route.
use the motorway to rheda-wiedenbrück then leave it in the direction warendorf and münster, drive through warendorf and then in the direction of greven. the airport münster-osnabrück is near greven.
you have the possibility to take the train and bus. it takes you about 3 hours.
