At that time your best luck is going to be a friend if you have some there and ask to use theirs and hope they have both washer and dryer if not wash what you need by hand and dry by air till am and put the rest folded away in a trash bag and wash when you return.
IF you are staying at a hotel then you MAY be able to ask the front desk for emergency service but it would probably be expensive if it is even available. I am not sure I do not usually stay at hotels, I stay with friends and use their personal home washing machines.

I dont think there is one.cuz when i was in germany visiting my grandmother I know most buisness close at 10 P.M . Nothing is open at night in germany unless maybe a gas station.

When I stayed in munich a year ago i washed all my laundry on Paul-Heyse Strausse..its about 2 blocks from the Hauptbahnhof...dont forget to hit up the hofbrauhaus!!!!
