I am American also and have lived in Germany and have had two serious girl friends there to date over the last twenty years.

If you are just looking for cheap fun and thrills then a red light district is where to go but not what I personally recommend.

I found personally that it was better just going to a local club and just introducing myself to someone in German and they can of course tell right away I am a foreigner but I speak German. This generally ends up into great conversations and drinks. That is all though, with the exception of those two, all others became plutonic friends to this day and I am still happy to call them my friends. So I ask you this...

What do you prefer a cheap one night thrill you can get here too or a true friendship and possible relationship with some one by not being anything more than a good decent person. I know I would rather have a new friend for life or a GF then a cheap thrill.

So that is what you have to ask yourself. Which do you want. I really recommend the second!!

If you're another JR then why don't you try it at some nice place in the city? Have a look!

Deffo die Baggi! All my friends go there and they are all hot. Friday will be even better than Saturday.
Die Baggi has a lovely little lounge upstairs away from all the hustle, where you can have a chat without having to shout.
If you're going with someone else you can go to Heaven which is a Cocktail-bar a short walk away from Baggi and the Station. It's a very bussy place though so I would revommend getting there early.

I live in Hannover. So I know every spot here :-) So, are u over 18? If not, ur gonne have some problems gettin' into the clubs. If u go to the clubs, always bring ur passport or some other id, cause if u wanna get in they wanna see if u really are 18. So here are some clubs in hannover where u can find the hottest chics:

Agostea. Adress: Rundestr. 6 30161 Hannover .

Phoenix. Adress: Goseriede 4 30159 Hannover

If ur over 22-24, I think the girls in those clubs are gonne b too old for u, so u better go to clubs like:

Baggy-also called Osho. Adress: Raschplatz 7L 30161 Hannover . !

Dax Bierboerse. Adress: Hamburger Allee 4 30161 Hannover

ALL these clubs are not far from the mainstation! So take the S-bahn to the mainstation and walk like 5-10minutes.

You better go on a Friday or Saturday night, that's the time when the most chics are there.
