Conrad is a chain store that carries plug adapters. There's one at Hasenheide 14-15, also one right next to Wittenbergplatz U-Bahn, Kleiststraße 30-31; also try the Saturn in Potzdamner Platz arcade.

Conrad is definitely where you should turn to. They're Germany's biggest chain in electronics and have voltage / power plug adaptors in their catalogue, so they should have them in their stores, too. What you need is item # 481780 - 62 from the catalogue.
