It (RegensbUrg) is in Bavaria, I'd say only about an hour north of Munich. Map24 will tell you it takes about 90 minutes, but that's with the automatic setting of going 130km/h on the Autobahn....and no one drives that slow....
There is a RegensbErg also, but it is located in Switzerland.
