are you referring to Cleve?
Cleve is in Nordrhein-Westfalen, relatively close to Gütersloh, Münster, Osnabrück, and Paderborn.

You mean Cleves (Kleve in german)it is near Düsseldorf, in the state of Nordreihn Westfalen.

P.S. I do not understand why someone translated all the german cities into english, spanish, etc.. it is sooo confusing.
