a bit confusing to use the article "the" in combination with a city like Berlin (or was it by purpose to indicate that your're thinking about something different than the big city in Germany?)

Berlin is the largest city of Germany, more precisely the capital city of the reunited Germany.. Formed by uniting the two halves of the formerly divided city (East- Berlin and West-Berlin)
It's situated in the former East-Germay, so not really central but always worth the trip. |
