WEIMAR by far in my opinion if you are going those months,
they have a GREAT ZWEIBAL MARKT or Onion Market in English where the whole city market center extended to most of the inner city they have thousands come every year and their is beer tents like Oktoberfest, but also a LOT of Onion style decorations and Garlic & Onion as well.
So not a great place for a Vampire LOL.
Goethe and Schiller are from there and Goethe built a great Park am der Ilm which is full of great things to see plus his private house.
