Thanks, I want to get close to the Frankfurt Airport before my flight back to the States. I am visiting Germany with my daughter and granddaughter. Our flight departs @ 10:25 am but need to be @ the airport one hour before on the 15. July 09

They have an airport hotel, but I miss the information about your arrival time. If it's after midnight (central European time), you'll probably need no hotel at all but can stay within the airport. And I also miss your final destination; if it's not Frankfurt, your luggage will most likely get "checked through", so you'll be in Frankfurt without a toothbrush and fresh underwear.
Sleeping on what they call "seats" near the departure gate is not forbidden at German airports; sleeping on the floor, however, is.

edit: So if I got you correctly, your flight arrives after 10 a.m. and you'll leave the next day at 10 a.m.? I'm a bit confused, but I'll give you a Google link for hotels near Frankfurt airport:

The nearest hotel to Frankfurt Airport is the Airport Sheraton which is connected to Frankfurt Airport Terminal 1. You take an "air-bridge" from Terminal 1 between Hall A and Hall B to walk over the roadway to get to the hotel - total walk-time of 4 minutes. The air-bridge will cross the roadway and give you 4 options - the garage, the Convention Center, the long-distance trains, and the Sheraton Hotel. It is a very good hotel if you have a morning flight and their rates include breakfast at the restaurant. The hotel has 3 restaurants - and if you don't like any of them, you can always back to the airport and select a restaurant, or the Starbucks located in Terminal 1 Hall B (before security).
Another option is the Steigenberger Airport Hotel which is a 7 minute ride on their airport shuttle. A little less convenient because the shuttle runs every 15 minutes. |

Hi, there is the Sheraton hotel which is linked to the airport, you just walk through a tunnel type thing and it takes you straight into the airport but it's pretty expensive.
