There are a variety of Irish Pubs in Frankfurt. Here a small round-up:
1) O'Reilly's, Main Trainstation (meintioned above)
2) Mac Goila De, Berger Strasse 255
3) Mac Gowan's, Zeil 10
4) O'Dwyer's Pub, Klappergasse (in Sachsenhausen)
5) Anglo-Irish Pub, Kleine Rittergasse (also in Sachsenhausen)
6) YOUR'S Irish Pub / YOUR'S Aussie Pub, Rahmhofstrasse near Boersenplatz, which is near the Konstablerwache
7) Fox and Hound - Adresse unknon, but if you go here, ask for the owner Tony who will give you the low-down on´where the Tommy's are hangin' out.
Bordells are everywhere, near the Hauptbahnhof are plenty. Also check out a place called "Suedfass" - any Taxidriver can help you out - they automatically get a comission when they bring you there.

The Irish Pub at the main Train Station is wicked. with your back to the station it is on your right. And around the train station there are lots of brothels whores and crack heads. Hauptwache...is probably the place you are looking for with the english fans.
For any "party accessories" go to the Konstablerwache!!!!
