Northern germany ....

There is a very wooded area in Germany, where a photographer became eye-witness of a barbarian act recently: http://www.marionetten-kaleidoskop.de/assets/images/Rapunzel2.jpgI
I would say, as long as the evil Granny is not around, the percentage of blond women is 100% there.

Good luck!

I have no idea! But if you like blonde women, you should go to Sweden. There are many blonde women there.

Alwin E
I think you should try Sweden; they really have a huge percentage of blonde people (male and female). But in Germany? No, not really. There used to be a saying that there are more blondes in the north, but nowadays, with people moving around everywhere, that's no longer true; and I doubt it ever was. Except you like "wasserstoffblond" (hydrogen blonde): That's how we call girls with bleached hair, as hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is the stuff of choice to bleach your hair. Some girls actually do change their hair color like a chameleon.

Well I think they are all around the country You should take a look in the North of Germany thats were I come from and a lot of my friends and classmates are naturally blonds :)

around Berlin

Perhaps you should look at sales statistics of the hair dye manufacturers? That way you could tell.
