Doc Just cause you dont like the question does not mean all Americans are that way I can name a German, Brit, Canandian, Aussie, etc for every American you can. Stupidity is not ONE nations problem it exists every where!! To answer the question, Berlin IS a Capital City of Germany!! Bonn was of the West during the Cold War and East Berlin for the DDR but now it is all back in Berlin where it should be if that is where the Nation wants it!! (And no I did not thumb you down!)
