September and October are usually great - and can still have fantastic weather - around 75 F...
Late Spring is also wonderful, esp. May- everything is in bloom and it's warm, but not hot
Summer - more tourists, it can be very hot, and most expensive to fly to from the US
Winter - for skiing or Christmas markets or New Year's Eve- otherwise not the best in the big cities (can be cold and gray).

November is a terrible month, it´s already very cold here!
Best time is during spring I think...april or may....or before christmas time.

In my opinion the best months for a visit are june and september; in july and august there's a lot of travelling because of school's summer vacation.

December might also be nice if you like christmas markets.

In november the weather might be not so great, but travelling (e.g. hotel rooms) could be cheaper.

May or September would be great. But actually no month is really bad. But November to February could be really ugly. Cold and rainy. But snow is some regions.

So it depends, on where you wanna go and what you wanna do.

Every month but _not_ April or November.
In this months, the weather is usually not good, it often rains or its foggy. The best time for tourists, I think, is Spring or Summer, maybe also October and September. X-Mas Season in Germany is very beautiful, too.

germany is very beautiful in the autumm. also you can visit germany in every month.

hello?? hitler´s birthday month doesn´t interest most of us germans. he was "just" an crazy dictator. you don´t take care of Lenin's birthday month when you visit russia, do you?#

ähm november is very rainy and cold.
the best time is september or now...
the sun is shining and the forests are colored...beautiful!!!

I would shy away from early fall and mid-spring because of the rain. Germany is such a beautiful country and most of it needs to be appreciated outside. As for summer--it's a good time to visit because all the tourist attractions and castles are open, however, keep in mind that there is no air conditioning AT ALL. My favorite time over here is December because Germany has wonderful Christmas traditions and the snow is beautiful.

Depends on where you are going, Snow in Bavaria and cold and damp in the Northern Parts including Berlin. Weather is influenced by the North Sea and Baltic Sea.
