The Adlon. If you're lucky, you can get a room with a view of the Brandenburg gate.
Hope you can afford it, though! Have fun in Berlin.

As the first person said, the Adlon, but it is very expensive. Any central hotel is going to be quite expensive.

If you can afford it, check out hotels in these areas: Unter den Linden, Friedrichstrasse and Potsdamer Platz.
