Of the ones you mentioned, Dortmund is the closest to Hannover, but Hamburg is even closer to Hannover than Dortmund. |

Out of those Dortmund is closest and Cologne is second closest.
Frankfurt and Munich are both much further away, however frankfurt still much closer than Munich.
