Yes, wherever I'ver been in Germany has been great. Munich, Plauen, Seiffen, Neufahrn, Frankfurt a.M., Seligenstadt, and so on.

The Boot
I have lived here for over 22 years straight, now in Heidelberg -- arguably the world's most beautiful city. Except for liberals who believe everything they read in liberal papers, it is great!

I agree !!!

I used to go to Munchen ( Munich ) on business.

I liked Marienplatz, the Beer Kellers, Octoberfest ( its unique funfare and beer drinking ) the Englischer Garten, The grand Bavarian Palaces, the fountains and to the south the lakes and mountains.

Thats just for starters.

I was just east of Frankfurt mid September of 2005. Was most beautiful country. Got to see some of the Black Forest too! Would very much like to go back someday to visit some of the castles seen in passing. Did tour the castle in Ronneburg. Spent most of my time in village of Gelnhausen.

Also seen Ettal, and some other Bavarian Castles, as well as been to Eschbon, Frankfurt, and other suburbs of Frankfurt.
