I would visit any day. It's a lot like a holiday resort, now that you mention it. Maybe with less palmtrees than you'd normally find, and for some reason, the drinks still aren't free. But I'm sure that will change soon enough. As global warming picks up, we will be seeing more swimming pools there, and maybe free drinks.

I use to live there (Baumholder, Ulm, etc...) and I think it is one of the greatest places ever. I spent 10 years there and I really appreciate those years. You got Neuscheweinstein ( I hope I spelled that right), the black forest, the Danube and so many more....

Yes it is a holiday resort.
Especially in the Baden Wuerttemberg Area .

It's not "resort" like by any stretch of the imagination. But there are SO many things to see and do in Germany that you will want to keep coming back again and again. I've been here for a loooong time and I still haven't seen everything.
