If you want to come to Germany as a tourist you need to apply for a Schengen visa. Malaysians, Japanese, Hongkong BNO and people from Singapore can come to Germany visa-free, but all other people from Asia need a Schengen visa.

To get a Schengen visa you have to get a passport. You get a passport from your home country, the country you hold citizenship of. It is a document of identity, it tells other people abroad who you are.
