ok in steps next it would be 4x+8+3X+15 then add like terms you would have 7X+23 then you get x on one side you subtract 23 from both sides -23= 7x +23-23 then that leaves you with -23=7X the divide by 7 would leave you -23/7=x you have solved for x now you can easily put this in decimal or percentage. Folks have good answers but you have to take it past the 7x+23 because the original problem is missing and equal sign. It has to be equal to something.
