There are only 4 Metros in India, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai and Bombay. Two more added recently.
Among the 4, definitely Bombay is the best for climate, Infrastructure and Urban culture.
Delhi is extreme in weather, show off of political connections also not healthy.
Chennai, climate is hot, language is an issue, conservative culture
Kolkata, humid like a Sauna bath, work culture is bad, city of "Bandh" or strikes.
Bombay has got excellent weather barring some rain, the city encourages talent in any field.
You got many other suggestions too, most of them don't qualify as a Metro city. |
