Hey,
India has a various types of weather depending on the location during the month of July-I live in NE India. It used to rain like anything during July, but for the last few years, there hasn't been much rain, even during Monsoon-
Rain gets in the way if you plan to tour India, so I suggest you visit during winter-the weather is very pleasant at that time, except for maybe in Delhi( it has extreme temperatures) and the regions in the far North. Autumn is the festive season here, and you might want to come at around that time as well |

It is normally summer time in July, once in a while you may run into little bit of monsoon weather. 99% of the time it is hot, exceptions are hill stations. Pack light clothings no need for winter wear. Wish you a very happy and safe journey! |

Depending where you are in India, you are traveling during the monsoon season. It can literly rain cats and dogs. You should consider traveling to India from Novemeber through March during the dry season. The tempatures are much cooler.

Konsoon sould have set in Kerala and started spreading to Karnataka, Goa, Maharashtra. Eastern parts also, from Paradeep upwards would be under monsoon spell which include part of North Andhra. |
