Both OM NAMHA SHIVAEY and national FLAG are very much respectable in our country.There is no prob in having tatoo of them.But u must assure b4 doing dat dat whether u will b able to give due respect them. In India politicians n other influensive groups always look for sensitive issues to encash the benefits from them. So if any1 from such groups catches u in the posture or act which shows dis-respect for these tatoos, then u might b in a trouble....

if you get a tatto of indian flag on your arm there is nothing problem, but you have to keep respect for our country . it should not be taken as fun .
om namah shivaya tattoo is comman in indian people , they preffered to do that tatto on there arm. |

Yes you can. The "Flag Code of India β 2002" allows you to have the flag tattooed on your arms in a respectful manner.
You must follow the size ,color and other aspects of the Indian flag code.
There's no problem tattooing "Om Namah Shivaya" in any language .

All country's flag are respectful and so is Indian Flag. According to me the flag has its own values to the country, and we should respect those values of those country.
Indian law does not allow to tattoo its flag anywhere, unless there is any national celebration.
Om Namah Shivaya is not a problem. |

personally I believe you should not put Indian Flag as tattoo on any part of the body. There are some certain way of respecting our national flag. We need to follow some guidelines in respect of flag.
On the other hand you can put "Om Namah Shivaya" as tattoo on your body.
