I am glad you thought about it. You have Band box on Brigade Road, Crystal in Safina Plaza (Infantry Road) and the like. There are many. Just ask anyone (outside the Hotel!). And also, buy your drinking water from outside (at the hotel, it could cost you up to 20 times!).

Incidentally, does LM stand for Laxmi Mittal, who recently bought the prestigious French Steel Company?

just at the beginning of brigade road on the left hand side u have the bandbox dry cleaners. they usually deliver the day after, u could find out if they have same day delivery service. there are many more such outlet all over the city, u could find one close to the vicinity of your office, hotel or any other convenient place. it will positively be less than USD5.

may be you have been cheated nowhere in india the rate which you say is in any hotel . maximum 50rs in fivestar hotel and 10 per shirt in 3 star hotel better go and stay 3 star hotel or tell me which hotel have charge you usd5 we can take action on that hotel. tourist are welcome to india they treated well except some anti-social elements you will get all indian well behaved. so do not worry

If you know BTM layout try IFB laundry. They charge Rs.30 per kg of clothes and may deliver it in 24 hrs. It is near to Silk Board (hosur road).
