It is a family run guest house. The cottage rooms are of the standards of a starred hotel, safe, clean, etc.

U will find nice and clean hotels fitting your budget in and around Calangule area...however there are some in Panjim as well as i am from Panjim , i know of some....depending on the season you are travelling the rates of all hotels in goa vary..
some good ones are sonesta's inn in candolim,
bambolim beach resort in Bambolim,

they will provide you with the information you need...

Goa Tourism Development Corporation maintains several facilities at various cities and beaches in Goa. These are cheap compared to other resorts and hotels. Enquire at them.

Another alternative is enquire for "bed and breakfast" outlets all over Goa. They are cheap and nice. Presence in various towns and villages.
