Depends upon what angle.
Both are a mmess in terms of traffic
Just now B'lore is better in terms of politics.
B'lore u may get a housing, none in Mumbai
B'lore is far South.
Mumbai is far West.
Pollution, Mumbai is worse.
I liked the Gardens of B'lore. And the Tank. Just visited.
If it is banking, or buiness, it is Mumbai. |

Both places are very bad in Traffic and half the life will be on Roads, Highly polluted.
Both places are commercially busy and specialized in different sector.
Bangalore is Hub of IT, while Mumbai is the commercial capital of India.
Bangalore relatively cool weather, less congested compared to Mumbai, Mumbai life is very fast and expensive compared to Bangalore.* |

Well I'm just a child in the U.S, but the way I see it
If your like me, like the traditional India that hasn't changed much, not big and flashy such as the U.S, less Westernized, many people in there Jubba's and Pancha's, then its Bangalore that you want (or best , Madras aka Chennai)
But if you want a place more Westernized, as in more pollution, more malls / shopping place, alot like the U.S, and I would think cleaner? Not too positive though, then you want Bombay (aka Mumbai),
I'd pick Bangalore (or again, more of Chennai), just for the fact that I'm purely south Indian, and I hate how India is becoming more like the U.S. Yes certain things such as traffic or pollution, or even population we should control, but I'd keep the Veshti and Jubba any day of the week. |
